using my five step plan below, you can all begin your journey to becoming more disciplined


  1. focus on habits, not outcomes

  1. smart goal setting


    goals should be Specific, measurable, achievable, relevant and time bound


  1. motivation is temporary


    discipline is in our control, motivation, over time will peak and trough


  1. welcome stress


    research suggests that stress exposure influences basic neural circuits involved in reward processing and learning


  1. look after yourself


    self care is crucial for building and keeping habits consistent, it all starts with you. We know the role of food on cognitive function, stack that alongside stellar sleep, steps, exercise and skin
