What we expect from you

Training

In order for us to analyse your training all you need is a tripod and a phone or camera. We'll be looking at your form, tempo, time spent in both the shortened and lengthened portions of the movement and giving you cues if you're struggling 

Nutrition

Volume is King, especially during dieting phases, by receiving images of your food we can make recommendations to improve satiety and hit your fibre & micronutrient targets
