An opportunity to discuss your physique development goals and for me to understand your current training, nutrition and lifestyle habits
Client Info
In order for me to design your plan, you'll be required to fill out some additional feedback that includes your meal timings, gym equipment, sleep routine
Build
Using the #1 coaching software (1Fit) I will begin to build out your training programming, meal plan or macro/nutrient timing example, your supplement recommendations and habit recomendations
Onboard
Once programming is completed, I will kick your programme off with your initial video check-in breaking down our goals and objectives
