Here's the tweaks I would make if I wanted to clean things up a little bit without going full chopping board warrior

Ingredients
start looking for foods you regularly eat but contain less ingredients, like bread, bloody love bread, who doesn't
but bread should be flour, water & salt. Jason's and Crosta & Mollica are fantastic for cutting down on the nasties but still enjoying bread, wraps, flatbreads and pizza bases
Think Volume
big difference between eggs on toast
VS
eggs on toast with spinach, rocket, tomatoes, pepper courgette, mushrooms
start to incorporate more single ingredient foods to the meals you're already eating
Carb Cheat Sheet
sourdough
dates
oats
single origin honey
sweet or white potato
fresh pasta and noodles
rice
frozen or fresh fruit
Plan ahead
to stop you from running into issues when you're looking for lunch at work, get planning
Sunday & Wednesday are great days to prep food for the following days
use your dinners protein source for lunch the next day
